About the organization
The International Center for World Peace (ICFWP) is a charity based in the United Kingdom with a team of volunteers supporting the organization from multiple countries world-wide. By using technology and design practices the ICFWP immerses people in the new world of the Kingdom of God to teach about the Messianic age to come. By breathing tomorrow into today the ICFWP brings communities together by creating a space for educating the world about God’s plan for World Peace.
About the role
We at the ICFWP will be launching a website to support our educational strategy that will provide resources for an online community to learn about God’s plan for world peace.
We are looking for a senior web designer who has a diverse portfolio of successfully completed websites. This role will be an opportunity to support the branding of this charity at its launch and create a distinguished design.
To be a good fit for this role, you should be able to translate the vision of the client into a uniquely styled website that reflects the culture and mission of this startup organization. You will need to be self-employed because the services would be contracted until the project is complete. Hard skillsets
- Skills in HTML5, Web GL, Java script, Python.
- Experience working with Graphic design and working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of API
- Experience working with cloud computing like e.g. Amazon Web services or Microsoft Azure.
- Database skills in SQL and NOSQL
